The metal posts are hot-dip galvanized steel to prevent corrosion. All galvanized steel parts can be powder-coated with Gomeng’s attractive colors. Normally our standard posts is 114mm(4.5’’) diameter. If there is any special need for the post, please let us know. We could do different options to meet your design and budget needs.
Rotationally Molded Polyethylene
Our rotationally molded plastics, such as panels, slides and roofs, are made of Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE). With 6mm minimum wall thickness for the plastics, it ensures strength and durability. There will be UV stabilized pigments added with rotationally molded polyethylene material, to remain your prodduct bright and colorful for years to come.
HDPE Panel
For some play systems, we use durable high-quality panels, made of a High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). There are two thicknesses available, 15mm thickness with single layered (1 color) and 19mm thickness with colorful triple layered (2 colors).
Decks And Stairs
Our steel decks are formed from 12-gauge hot-rolled steel, CNC Perforated surface - 8mm diameter perforations, and PVC-coated (Poly-Vinyl Chloride) with a softer play surface. It can provide protection against weather, corrosion. The decks also can be color powder coating to meet the special color or budget needs.
Ropes And Nets
Our ropes and nets are steel reinforced, can provide years of safe. The ropes are 16mm diameter, and made of six-stranded galvanized-steel cable and covered by polyester.
Bolts And Nuts
For strength and corrosion resistance, we use 304 alloy stainless steel hardware. All standard bolts and nuts are concealed by the durable plastic caps. The plastics cap can protect children from sharp edges and against unwanted disassembling of playground equipment.
